This position operates in an exclusively remote setting, allowing you the opportunity to conduct assessments and therapy sessions wherever you have a reliable internet connection. As part of our outpatient office, you will connect with clients over telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and convenience for both you and your patients. The role offers flexibility in scheduling, as team members can choose their hours based on personal and professional commitments, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments and evaluations to understand each patient’s unique experiences, issues, and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions suitable for each client, considering their cultural and personal backgrounds.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a range of mental health concerns, promoting resilience, and fostering emotional well-being.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and holistic care to clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and supportive resources during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of your patients.
• Educate patients and families on various mental health disorders, treatment alternatives, and communal resources available to support their recovery and well-being.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and agency policies.

Our patient base encompasses a diverse demographic, including individuals and families dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic stress. • A valid and active state license in California as a mental health professional (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD/PsyD).
• Proven capability to practice independently within the guidelines of licensure.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience providing therapy and counseling services in a remote or telehealth format is highly desirable.

• Expertise in various therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
