Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
  • Facilitate regular counseling sessions with clients, employing evidence-based techniques and strategies to promote healing and growth.
  • Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Engage with clients using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy.
  • Provide referrals to specialized resources when additional support is needed, ensuring comprehensive care.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with developments in mental health practices and evidence-based methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
  • Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
  • Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with an ability to motivate and inspire clients through challenging situations.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals and families, with a focus on diverse populations.
  • Previous work with community-based organizations or mental health clinics is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated success in developing treatment plans and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
  • Experience in using digital tools for teletherapy and case management.
