Easterseals MORC is hiring for a Behavioral Health Clinician - Infant Mental Health, Home Based to help make a difference and become part of something bigger than yourself!

Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
  • Professional licensure in your field of study
  • At least one year experience working with youth

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provides a relationship-focused therapeutic services to children ages of 0-6 and their caregivers.
  • Responsible for direct and indirect home-based treatment services for children and families.
  • Provides individual, group, conjoint or family psychotherapy, case management, and support services.
  • Conducts clinical assessments, develops diagnoses, and participates in developing person/family centered treatment plans with client families.
  • Monitors client progress and coordinates appropriate behavioral health and other needed services.
  • Responsible for maintaining an electronic and paper chart which includes required documentation of services provided, progress notes, treatment plans, periodic reviews and client rights documents.
