Corporate Attorney

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Corporate Attorneys to contribute legal expertise to an innovative AI-focused project. You will review legal documents, conduct legal analysis, and evaluate AI-generated legal content.

No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze M&A, private equity, capital markets, and corporate legal documents.
  • Analyze commercial litigation scenarios and provide legal insights.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and corporate governance materials.
  • Evaluate legal content for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
  • Provide expert feedback and support quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with remote, multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited US law school and active US bar admission.
  • Experience as a Corporate Attorney at a leading US law firm preferred.
  • Strong expertise in M&A, corporate law, private equity, capital markets, and commercial litigation.
  • Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with legal technology, document review, or legal content evaluation.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance or rubric-based legal review.
