This position allows for a flexible remote work setting, enabling you to provide professional services from the comfort of your home while still engaging directly with students through telehealth platforms. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' mental health, focusing on emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to identify their unique needs.
• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions via telehealth platforms, employing techniques suitable for various conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
• Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with patients, school staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Monitor student progress closely, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback from students and educational staff.
• Provide educational resources to students and their families regarding mental health issues and available community resources to foster a supportive home environment.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights and collaborate effectively with school counselors, psychologists, and administrative staff to enhance overall student well-being.
• Adhere strictly to ethical and professional standards, including maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring informed consent is obtained prior to treatment.

Your work primarily focuses on students, ranging from elementary to high school levels, experiencing a variety of mental health issues. Understanding the challenges faced by young individuals in a school setting is crucial, as you will engage with students navigating academic pressures, social challenges, and personal difficulties. You will play a key role in not only improving individual mental health outcomes but also contributing to a positive school climate that supports emotional well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services, particularly in school-based or youth-focused settings.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to create culturally competent and personalized treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with students, families, and educational professionals.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and online therapy tools to manage client documentation effectively.

• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of the idiosyncrasies of delivering care remotely.
• Familiarity with school-based mental health programs and interventions.
• Knowledge of local community resources and services for mental health support.
