• Conduct thorough intake assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations to inform diagnosis and treatment options for clients seeking outpatient services.
• Create, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies while considering each client's unique needs.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records for all clients in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including progress notes and treatment reviews.
• Utilize creative therapeutic techniques and innovative tools to assist clients in achieving their personal goals.
• Regularly collaborate with families, community resources, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each client.
• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and organizational initiatives that further the clinic's mission.
• Maintain active registration with the appropriate licensing board while progressing toward full licensure.

The essential focus of your work will involve a diverse range of outpatient clients, including individuals, couples, and families. • A Master's degree in a behavioral health science from an accredited institution is required.
• Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Oregon, as on-site responsibilities may occasionally arise.
• A demonstrated ability to complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostics, and treatment plans is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to ensure effective documentation and client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with a commitment to timely documentation and administrative responsibilities.
• A commitment to ethical practice by maintaining appropriate boundaries with clients.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining an atmosphere of respect and professionalism.

• Prior experience in community health settings or similar mental health environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and related tools is a significant advantage.
• Experience working with a broad spectrum of client issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Benefits include:
