As a fully remote position, you will work in a telehealth setting that combines the flexibility of home-based counseling with the support of a collaborative team environment. You will engage with clients Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing structured yet adaptable schedules to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance. Our telehealth platform features cutting-edge tools for secure client interactions, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access for both counselors and clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of mood disorders and various mental health challenges, utilizing diagnostic tools and therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalized care plans that address their specific needs and goals, ensuring a tailored approach to treatment.
• Provide expert guidance and resource referrals to clients and their families, empowering them to manage their mental health effectively.
• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary providers to coordinate comprehensive care, addressing both therapeutic and pharmacological needs.
• Stay informed of the latest evidence-based treatments and advancements in the field, integrating new knowledge into practice.

Your work will directly impact diverse client populations, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other prevalent mental health concerns. You will engage with clients through telehealth methods, employing empathetic listening and intervention strategies. • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in New York State.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, with demonstrated success in working with diverse client groups.
• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings is highly desirable, as it enables a seamless transition to our virtual care model.
