The 20% rule in equine care suggests that no more than 20% of a horse's body weight should be fed in concentrates or grain daily, with the rest coming from forage like hay or pasture. For home-based remote equine jobs, understanding proper feeding practices and nutrition management is essential to ensure horse health and well-being.
