We’re looking for experienced Certified Shorthand Reporters to partner with Filevine as an independent certified court reporting professional through our deposition services network.
 
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a court-reporter-first company that’s redefining the deposition experience, while making sure reporters are supported and respected. Responsibilities
  • Capture and deliver high-quality, verbatim transcripts of depositions and other legal proceedings
  • Use CAT software to scope, proofread, and finalize certified transcripts to the highest standards.
  • Manage proceedings with professionalism, ensuring punctuality, accuracy, decorum, and adherence to procedural rules in your jurisdiction.
  • Mark and manage exhibits.
  • Collaborate with our operations team as needed for scheduling, setup, and technical coordination.
  • Submit completed transcript files within appropriate turnaround time and invoices for prompt payment.
Qualifications
  • Current Washington Certified Court Reporter certificate (CCR) from the WA Dept. of Licensing is required.
  • Proven ability to deliver accurate transcripts on deadline.
  • Expertise with CAT software (e.g., Case CATalyst, Eclipse, etc.) and related digital tools.
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-service mindset when working with attorneys, witnesses, and clients.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced, high-stakes settings.
