• Conduct thorough initial assessments and detailed evaluations to establish tailored treatment plans for each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Adapt therapeutic modalities to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Collaborate effectively with other professionals in our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate holistic treatment strategies.
• Maintain precise clinical records and documentation, adhering to all professional ethical standards and legal requirements to ensure compliance.

Our ideal candidate will provide services primarily to adults and adolescents navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Possession of active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Specialization in trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, or family therapy is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of ethical practices and legal regulations governing counseling practices.
• Exceptional communication skills to foster therapeutic relationships with a wide range of diverse clients.
• Proficiency using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and various counseling software is advantageous.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
