Our ideal candidate will provide services primarily to adults and adolescents navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Individuals who require family therapy or couples counseling are also a significant part of our client base. We embrace diversity and the unique backgrounds of our clients, which allows us to offer customized support that resonates with their experiences.

Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Possession of active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
  • At least 2 years of practical experience in providing counseling services, particularly in a clinical environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, or family therapy is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of ethical practices and legal regulations governing counseling practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills to foster therapeutic relationships with a wide range of diverse clients.
  • Proficiency using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and various counseling software is advantageous.
