Our outpatient office framework means that you will engage with clients through video chat, utilizing technology to bridge gaps in access to mental health care. • Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, tailoring your approach to suit the specific needs of each client.
• Guide clients in articulating their emotions and experiences to promote self-awareness and enhance their interpersonal relationships.
• Serve as a client advocate, assisting them in defining measurable personal and therapeutic goals.
• Assess clients’ mental health status and develop comprehensive, solution-focused treatment plans based on client evaluations and your professional expertise.
• Document client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed to ensure effective mental health interventions.

The clients you will work with have been pre-screened for stability and present low acuity levels, allowing you to focus on therapeutic interventions without managing crises. • Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Active and independent licensure in California, with appropriate qualifications including:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Demonstrated ability to make clinical evaluations and recommendations for tailored treatment.
• Strong interpersonal skills capable of creating a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software relevant to teletherapy and electronic health record (EHR) management.

• Previous experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with remote therapy.
• Adeptness in employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Experience in diverse mental health settings that cater to a range of demographics and cultural backgrounds.
