This position is entirely remote, allowing you to establish your own schedule and work from wherever you choose. We provide a comprehensive counseling platform that serves as your virtual office, enabling live video and text sessions. You’ll have access to technology and resources that simplify the therapeutic process and enhance client engagement. Full-time counselors can expect to build a full caseload quickly, typically achieving this within weeks.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing a solution-focused approach to guide clients in improving their mental health.
• Encourage clients to openly discuss their emotions and experiences, facilitating self-discovery and insight into their personal dynamics and relationships.
• Act as a dedicated advocate for your clients, assisting them in defining clear therapeutic goals and navigating their mental health journey.
• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions comprehensively, crafting tailored treatment plans that incorporate your clinical knowledge and experience.

You will primarily work with carefully screened clients who are stable adults with low acuity needs. This role does not involve managing severe mental health cases, allowing you to focus on supporting individuals seeking improvement and growth in their emotional well-being. • Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.
• Licensing: You must hold a fully licensed credential from the state board and be in good standing to practice independently. Acceptable licenses include:
  
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must have no disciplinary actions against their license.
• Strong interpersonal and empathetic communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate online counseling platforms effectively.

While the above qualifications are essential, we value candidates who bring experience in diverse therapeutic methodologies and who demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development. Any prior experience in remote counseling or online therapy platforms will be an added advantage.

The salary range for this role is between USD 90,000 - $104,000 per year, depending on the number of hours worked and experience. Additional benefits include:
