About the Role
As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.
Responsibilities
-Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
-Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
-Collect and track session data
-Support skill development and promote positive behavior
-Share progress with your clinical team
-If you love working with children- or have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional- you may be an excellent fit for this role
