Accent Decor is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily operations across receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping - including small parcel and LTL (less-than-truckload) freight - within our 256,000 sq. ft. facility in Norcross. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment and can handle a variety of warehouse tasks.
The hourly range for this role is $18-$18.50 per hour. We offer comprehensive benefits including paid volunteer leave to support you as you give back to the community.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Packaging finished products for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)
- Using RF equipment for picking, receiving, and load functions, as required
- Staging finished products for loading
- Loading finished products onto trucks (small parcel and LTL)
- Unloading materials from inbound trucks and containers
- Verifying counts and inspecting incoming shipments for damage against packing slips and purchase orders
- Moving products and materials to warehouse storage and maintaining accurate storage locations
- Selecting appropriate packaging and applying correct labels/documentation for small parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and LTL freight (BOLs, freight labels)
- Preparing and verifying bills of lading (BOLs) and other shipping documentation
- Being responsible for quality control
- Completing damage reports
- Operating within standard operating procedures and Job Safety Analysis
- Operating a forklift with certification only
- Completing daily logs
- Participating in cycle counts and physical inventories
- Cleaning and maintaining work area
- Turning off and locking up equipment when not in use
- Other duties as assigned
You'll stand out from other applicants if you can show:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to [50] lbs regularly and up to [75] lbs occasionally.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
