We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Fort Meade, Maryland, United States.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBAs
• Collecting and recording data to track client progress
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of treatment plans

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy services in a clinic or home-based setting
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Assist with client scheduling, planning, and organization
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide feedback and support to families on client progress and goals
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client services and progress
