Ready to help students build independence and reach their goals? Cross Country Education is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide school-based occupational therapy services supporting students across grade levels in Beverly Hills, CA for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Overview:
Provide school-based occupational therapy services through direct support and consultation to address IEP goals, including fine/gross motor skills, sensory strategies, and functional activities.
Implement therapeutic interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OTR) and monitor student progress.
Maintain accurate treatment records, progress notes, and service documentation.
Collaborate with teachers and educational teams to support classroom strategies and student success.
Qualifications:
Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License
Experience providing occupational therapy services in a school-based setting, preferably with school-aged students
