Industrial Electricians (Ideal for Navy EMN or ETN)

Our client is seeking highly skilled Industrial Electricians to join their expanding team. This is an exceptional full-time career opportunity designed for candidates with a strong technical foundation, particularly those with U.S. Navy Nuclear Electrician (EMN) or Nuclear Electronics Technician (ETN) backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on industrial equipment and control systems.
  • Work with PLC-based controls, instrumentation, sensors, and automated systems.
  • Diagnose electrical and electronic faults using schematics, test equipment, and system knowledge.
  • Support installation, calibration, and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Maintain and update documentation, wiring diagrams, and maintenance logs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure system reliability.
  • Participate in on-site technical support, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • U.S. Navy Nuclear Electrician’s Mate (EMN) or U.S. Navy Nuclear Electronics Technician (ETN) 
  • Strong background in electrical systems, controls, instrumentation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with high-reliability systems, technical procedures, and strict safety protocols.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Comfortable relocating for a long-term career opportunity.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
