Job responsibilities

Some of the sales representatives responsibilities include:

  • Meet or surpass goals for outreach, leads, and/or sales
  • Engage prospects via phone, email and messaging to generate sales
  • Follow up with new customers to gauge their satisfaction and build customer relationships
  • Enter all leads and sales, including customer information, into our online CRM sales portal
  • Study
    details of our new product and familiarize yourself with our target
    audience to facilitate strong interaction with potential customers
  • Explain the features and benefits of the new product
  • Show authenticity and ability to build relationships with potential customers

Job qualifications

Some of the sales representatives qualifications include:

  • Ability to quickly immerse yourself in the details of the new product
  • Excellent
    communication skills and interpersonal skills to engage potential
    customers, listen, build rapport, assess customer needs, and quickly
    adjust a pitch to changing dynamics of the interaction
  • Good time management skills
  • At least two years of sales experience and proven track record in using inside sales methods to generate leads and sell products
  • Sales experience in the life insurance industry is highly beneficial but not required
  • Bachelors
    degree in business is beneficial, but experience can be substituted for
