JOB TITLE: Lead, Analytics Consultant
LOCATION: 2000 McKinney Ave., Suite 2150, Dallas, TX 75201
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and participate in client-facing and internal meetings, such as scoping sessions, project kickoffs. Use
professional and expert methods for eliciting client needs, based on current practices. Work with clients to
build a vision for what their requirements could/should be in future. Apply subject matter expertise to help
clients build that future state vision. Document and gain agreement with clients around the scope of work to
be performed. Use modern collaboration tools that allow communication of expectations, progress on
timelines, and status of completion of milestones and deliverables. Develop and distribute deliverables (draft,
and final versions, of reports, analysis and dashboards) for clients, in a high quality, digital manner. Align client
needs (current, and future projected) with product, engineering and professional services team goals. Identify
problematic data/data structure and provide input on ideas to correct. Identify data management process
improvement opportunities and work with key stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions.
Consistently and visibly document such observations in appropriate feedback systems in alignment with
engineering, and client management processes. Continuously and visibly work to standardize, automate,
improve cost to serve clients with a view to scaling the business. As a data subject matter expert (SME) assume
a key role in data stewardship, making data validation, a continuous improvement to ensure accurate
reporting. Continuously and visibly work with other data stewards to develop and follow optimal data
management and reporting practices. Develop subject expertise in the data and analytics that support Avetta
with respect to Clients, Suppliers, and Workforce. Maintains an active social presence, building an audience
that regards you as an expert in your field. Partner with other teams to participate in events that promote the
Avetta way through the use of data and analytics, and impactful storytelling. Continuously scan and research
technical and strategic options for bringing new services, new analytics forward. Suggesting and building
business case toward launching of new business services. Continuously working to improve methods, analytics,
and services. Continuously striving to help get new talent onboarded and developed quickly to improve the
practice's ability to evolve and grow cost-effectively.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Education Requirements: Master's degree in Business Analytics or Math, Computer Science,
or related.
Minimum Experience Requirements: 5+ years as Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Developer, or
Analytics Consulting role.
Alternate Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or Math, Computer
Science, or related.
Alternate Experience Requirements: 7+ years as Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Developer, or
Analytics Consulting role.
