About the Role:
Join T&T PET CARE SERVICES as a Doggy Daycare Manager at our Northside location and lead a passionate team dedicated to providing a safe, healthy and fun environment for the dogs in their care. In this exciting role, you will create a safe, clean, fun, and engaging environment for dogs while ensuring top-notch service for our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the doggy daycare, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
  • Manage staff schedules and training to maintain high-quality care standards.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities for dogs to promote socialization and exercise.
  • Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dogs' needs and behaviors.
  • Monitor the health and well-being of all dogs in our care.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of dog profiles, vaccinations, and emergency contacts.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to promote daycare services and attract new clients.
  • Assist in special events to attract new clients.
  • Develop and track a customer referral program.

Requirements:
