These nurses use telehealth technology to assess, monitor, and support patients, often coordinating care with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Their responsibilities may include conducting virtual consultations, following up on treatment plans, and ensuring patients receive appropriate care while at home. This role allows nurses to deliver high-quality healthcare outside of traditional clinical settings.
