What You'll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive pediatric evaluations assessing fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional living abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based, play-based treatment plans.
  • Engage families and caregivers with education, strategies, and home-based resources to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (SLPs, PTs, and pediatricians) to provide holistic care.
  • Complete documentation in an organized and timely manner with designated, paid admin time.
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active Indiana State OT License (or eligibility).
  • NBCOT Certification (or eligibility).
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Pediatric experience preferred (New graduates are encourage to apply!).
