Join Robert Elizalde State Farm, an independent insurance agency dedicated to helping clients protect what matters most. We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent Team Member to support our growth by delivering outstanding customer service and value-based insurance solutions.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate customer service regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients on insurance products.
  • Collaborate with the agent to meet marketing and sales goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market suitable products and services.
  • Build business referral relationships and prospect new sales opportunities.
  • Provide timely reports and stay current on product and licensing updates.
Requirements:
  • General Lines Property & Casualty license MUST HAVE., Life & Health license can BE OBTAINED
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable presenting to customers
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Willingness to learn and be coachable
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Typing speed (like 40-60 WPM) 
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
