Position Summary

Jr. Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating qualified homeowner appointments for the Sales Team through door-to-door prospecting, community outreach, and lead generation activities. The primary objective is to schedule quality appointments that result in inspections, estimates, and signed contracts.


Core Responsibilities

Lead Generation

Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods.
Introduce homeowners to CHR Homes’ services.
Identify homeowners with potential roofing, siding, window, gutter, insulation, or exterior renovation needs.
Educate homeowners on storm damage, aging roofs, maintenance concerns, and available financing options.
Generate and schedule qualified appointments for Sales Representatives.

Appointment Setting

Schedule appointments directly with homeowners.
Confirm homeowner availability, contact information, and property address.
Ensure all appointments are entered into the CRM accurately.
Provide detailed notes regarding homeowner concerns and project needs.

Territory Management

Work assigned neighborhoods and territories efficiently.
Follow company canvassing routes and prospecting strategies.
Track doors knocked, conversations held, and appointments set.
Report daily activity to management.

Brand Representation

Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Represent CHR Homes positively within the community.
Follow all company policies and ethical sales practices.
Respect homeowner requests and local solicitation regulations.
