Full-Time Call Center Representative

Location: Spokane, WA (In-Office) Pay: $18-$21/hr

Schedule: 40 hours/week, 10-hr shifts Must work one weekend day (Sat or Sun) and Holidays

No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success from day one.

What You'll Do:

  • Warmly greet callers and handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Gather, verify, and relay accurate message details so our clients can rely on us completely.
  • Efficiently enter information into our computer system with high attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:

  • A welcoming, upbeat, and professional phone presence.
  • Strong English communication skills (excellent spelling and grammar).
  • Comfortable navigating a Windows-based computer environment.
  • Typing speed of 35+ WPM.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work one weekend day each week.

Pay: Earn a premium rate of $21/hour by maintaining perfect attendance. This includes punctuality at the shift start, timely returns from breaks, and full shift completion. The base rate without perfect attendance is $18/hour.
