Job Title: Physical Therapy Technician


Job Type: Full-time and Part-Time


Location: Multiple Location Opportunities


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapy Technician to join our team. As a Physical Therapy Technician, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists to provide an exceptional experience for our patients and clients.


Responsibilities:

-Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient use

-Maintain a clean, organized, and high-performance treatment environment

-Assist in the setup and breakdown of exercise equipment

-Maintain a clean and orderly gym area

-Serve as a primary point of contact for patients — greeting, checking in, and ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression

-Manage front desk workflow, including scheduling, phone communication, payment collection, and accurate documentation within our EMR system

-Coordinate daily clinic flow to ensure therapists stay on schedule and patients move seamlessly through their visits

-Assist in monitoring wellness clients participating in non-medical training and workouts


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Comfort in dealing with technology (computers, tablets, cloud-based systems)

- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull moderate to heavy items


Preferred Qualifications

- Certification by a personal training or strength and conditioning association

- Future interest in an advanced movement science degree or medical profession
