Gourmet Home Products is a cutting-edge design house and a leading manufacturer of Houseware products, distinguished in the home industry as a company of quality, flexibility, and creativity since 2010. We specialize in Private Label business and carry a full line of our own stock merchandise. We work with many retailers nationwide serving all channels of distribution including Mid-Tier Department Stores, Specialty Stores, Discounters and Mass Merchants. No customer is too big or too small for Gourmet Home. Our private label programs consist of many of the top retailers in the Home industry. Our vertical operations are broad, offering a wide range of selections in almost every category. Gourmet Home designs, manufactures and delivers home products from basic core items to the latest trends.


Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team and support the development of product sell sheets, sales presentations, catalogs, and other product-focused materials.

This role is ideal for a designer with 2+ years of professional experience who has a strong eye for clean layouts, typography, color, and product presentation.

You will work closely with the Design teams to turn product photography, specifications, and product information into polished, buyer-ready presentation materials.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and update product sell sheets and sales presentation pages used by the Sales team to present products to retail buyers
  • Create clean, visually appealing layouts featuring product images, product names, style numbers, dimensions, colorways, features, and specifications
  • Organize product information into clear and easy-to-understand layouts
  • Retouch and prepare product images using Adobe Photoshop, including masking, color correction, cleanup, shadows, and basic compositing
  • Arrange multiple products and colorways into cohesive product presentations
  • Create simple feature callouts, icons, and supporting graphics
  • Follow established brand guidelines and design direction to maintain consistency across product collections
  • Make revisions and updates based on feedback from the Design, Product Development, and Sales teams
  • Prepare presentation-ready and print-ready files
  • Maintain organized working files and product assets
  • Manage multiple projects and revisions while meeting deadlines


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Good understanding of layout, typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy
  • Solid Photoshop skills, including masking, image cleanup, color adjustment, and basic product retouching
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow established design direction and brand guidelines
  • Ability to receive feedback and make revisions efficiently
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn


Preferred Experience

  • Experience with product focused layouts, sell sheets, catalogs, presentations, or marketing materials
  • Experience in consumer products, housewares, kitchenware, home goods, or other retail product categories is a plus
  • Product photography or photo-retouching experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools for image generation, editing, or concept development


Portfolio Required
