As a Home Care Aide, you will provide personal care and support to seniors in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral care

  • Support clients with mobility, transfers, exercise, and safe ambulation

  • Help with meal planning, food shopping, and meal preparation

  • Provide light housekeeping, including laundry and changing bed linens

  • Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support

  • Assist with medication reminders and support transportation needs as outlined in the care plan

  • Document care provided and report changes in client condition
