Job Description

Role: Scrum Master

Type: Fulltime (Permanent)

Location: Wilmington, DE

Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques:

  • User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games .
  • Knowledge of waterfall / hybrid project management .
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • At least 2 years of Scrum Master experience (PSM I or CSM certification preferred).
