Job Description

  • Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on OTR routes, running reefer or dry van freight based on your preference
  • Maintain accurate logs and stay compliant with all DOT and FMCSA regulations
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your permanently assigned truck
  • Communicate with dispatch to confirm routes and delivery windows
  • Secure freight properly and handle it with care during transit
  • Follow all safety protocols on the road and at delivery points

Pay Structure

  • Reefer: 0.81 to 0.86 CPM, average weekly take home $2,700
  • Dry van: 0.76 to 0.81 CPM, average weekly take home $2,400
  • 3,200 plus miles per week
  • All miles paid, empty and loaded, no exceptions
  • $150 layover pay
  • $25 per hour detention pay after 2 hours
  • Direct deposit every Friday

Route

  • OTR, no NYC runs, ever
  • No forced dispatch
  • Choose 2 weeks out with 2 days home, or 3 weeks out with 4 days home
  • You choose your trailer, reefer or dry van

Equipment

  • 2025 or 2026 Volvo 760/860 or Freightliner Cascadia
  • Permanently assigned truck, take it home on your reset
  • APU, power inverter, refrigerator, microwave, and tablet included
  • EZ Pass, Pre Pass, and Pilot/Flying J fuel cards provided
  • Governed at 72 MPH
  • Pets welcome from day one

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 6 months of verifiable OTR experience
  • No DUI/DWI or SAP history
  • Maximum of 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
  • No reckless driving or violations of 15 MPH or more over the speed limit
  • Maximum of 8 jobs in the past 3 years
  • Standard DOT urine test only, no hair follicle testing
