Job description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Property Manager to oversee operations at our various residential properties & all local airbnbs. In this position, you will work with leasing agents to create leasing contracts for new tenants, ensure units are ready for tenants, fulfill repair requests efficiently, collect monthly rents, and track daily expenses. We also expect our Property Manager to provide regular status reports on the condition of the property and any issues that arise.

Airbnb

  • Confirming bookings and communicating with guests.
  • Scheduling and managing cleanings and maintenance work.
  • Taking care of check-ins and check-outs.
  • Distributing listings on Airbnb and other rental platforms.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 9am - 5pm
  • Weekend availability (not required)

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate lease contracts
  • Collect rent, utility, and other payments
  • Inspect property for damages and schedule routine maintenance
  • Manage all property personnel (landscapers, cleaning crews, etc.)
  • Maintain and update property records
  • Document expenses, invoices, receipts, and warranties
  • Maintain a positive relationship with renters and tenants
