Revel Group Property Manager 

Property Manager – Student Lodge & Mountain Brook Apartments 

Job Summary 
We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations at Student Lodge and Mountain Brook Apartments in Gatlinburg, TN. This on-site role is responsible for ensuring both properties run smoothly, look their best, and provide an excellent living experience for residents. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-focused, and skilled in both operational management and tenant relations. This position reports to the Director of Property Management.  

Your Responsibilities 

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for Student Lodge and Mountain Brook Apartments. 

  • Manage leasing activities, including marketing vacancies, screening applicants, and executing lease agreements. 

  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner. 

  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance, landscaping, and repair work. 

  • Manage property budgets, track expenses, and prepare monthly financial reports. 

  • Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts and service agreements. 

  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and local codes. 

  • Ensure timely rent collection and manage delinquencies according to policy. 

What You Need 

  • Property Management experience is a plus, preferably in multi-family, student housing and/or hospitality. 

  • Strong knowledge of leasing processes, property operations, and relevant regulations. 

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. 

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
