Description

This position is 100% on site at our Oklahoma City, OK location.

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:

  • Interpret business requirements and implement the necessary technology to fulfill requirements
  • Serve as a technical lead for projects at the enterprise level, analyzing existing application interfaces, schemas and data needs
  • Architect and code multi-environment system solutions utilizing .NET, Azure, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and MSSQL
  • Contribute to the migration of legacy applications to Azure, including portfolio assessment, migration planning (rehost, replatform, or rebuild), and hands-on execution
  • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, treating deployment, testing, and observability as part of development
  • Contribute to the teamโ€™s AI-assisted development practice and coding standards
  • Work closely with business departments to understand the operations behind their requirements
  • Develop critical components of the solution such as security, infrastructure, and application interfaces; develop all projects to exceed industry best practices
  • Lead and participate in code and design reviews
  • Design and ensure unit and integration testing is completed to ensure quality
  • Maintain excellent communication with the Development Team Supervisor on all tasks and projects
  • Create and maintain good technical documentation
  • May provide emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS: Knowledge of current versions of .NET and MSSQL and experience with enterprise-level development environments; hands-on experience developing for Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, containers, or similar); working fluency with CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar); experience modernizing or migrating existing applications is strongly preferred; experience with AI-assisted development tools and exposure to infrastructure-as-code (Bicep, Terraform, or ARM) are a plus; ability to work on projects with minimal guidance from the managers and assume responsibility for the success of the projects; must have a diligent work ethic and the discipline to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; proficiency in written and interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills; ability to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers; ability to communicate effectively with team members; positive attitude when working with customers.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
