Home Based Document Signing Agent information

Is there a demand for notary signing agents?

Home Based Document Signing Agents, often acting as notary signing agents, are in steady demand due to the ongoing need for real estate transactions, loan signings, and legal document notarizations. The role requires certification, a notary commission, and attention to detail, with opportunities available in both full-time and part-time capacities.

How much money do remote Notaries make?

Home based document signing agents, often acting as remote notaries, typically earn between $75 and $200 per signing, with annual income varying based on the number of signings completed and experience. Many work flexible hours and may need certification or notary commission to perform these services legally.

What type of Notaries make the most money?

Home-based document signing agents who are certified notaries with additional training in loan signings and possess a strong network tend to earn higher fees. Experienced notaries who handle complex or high-volume signings, often working independently or through signing services, typically make more money than those with basic notary commissions alone.

Can I work-from-home as a notary?

Home-based document signing agents, often called mobile notaries, can work from home by scheduling appointments with clients to sign documents remotely or in person. They typically need a notary commission, a quiet workspace, and may use digital tools for remote notarizations where permitted by law.
