Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Analyst to join our team as a BCBA Center and Home Based. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional behavioral services to clients in both center-based and home settings. Your expertise will help shape the lives of our clients and their families, and we are excited to have you join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans in both center-based and home settings
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including therapists, teachers, and family members
  • Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments as needed
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
