- Practice in several of North Texas’s premier hospitals and ASCs across Collin, Denton, and Dallas Counties.
- Group includes 23 physicians and 12 CRNAs.
- Practice offers a wide range of surgical cases and ASA classifications, including Obstetrics.
- Care Team model is limited to one site; most of the practice is solo.
- Partnership track offers full partnership in 36 months with democratic governance.
- Non-Partnership tracks offer flexible scheduling options.
Compensation
- Partnership Track: Same productivity model as partners.
- Flexible Daytime Coverage No Call: $400,000/year for 8-hour shifts, five days/week.
- $400,000/year for 10-hour Shifts, four days per week.
- $360,000/year for 12-hour Shifts, three days per week.
- Various Combinations of the above are customized and priced accordingly.
- Full Call Non-Partnership Tracks: $525,000/year.
- Two 24 Hour In House Shifts/Week: $500,000/year.
- Shifts that Include Call from Home weekdays or Weekends: Customized and priced accordingly.
- Call Risk increases Compensation.
- Employment Status: W-2 (Employee).
