Location:

Washington, D.C.and permitted telecommuting within the greater Washington DC region.

What will I be doing?

Design/build/maintain executive-level dashboards and business intelligence reporting solutions to create real-time data dashboards and visualizations for serious mental illness and association business metrics. Lead all data analyses, comparative analyses, and data visualization needs for APA's programs. Oversee the implementation of data streams and connection with advanced analytics workflows to support organizational growth. Design/code/document BI systems to ensure data accessibility and accuracy. Create/maintain Salesforce Data Cloud environment. Facilitate change-management activities-including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement-to drive adoption of the organization's data strategy and improve data-driven decision-making. $88,462-$113,439/year

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Statistics or a related field and Two (2) years of experience as system engineer, data analyst or related.

Must have experience with: utilizing Tableau to build interactive dashboards, translating raw data into actionable insights, and monitoring key performance indicators; writing queries, formulas, data architecture and governance, and managing ETL processes across structured and unstructured dataset in Salesforce, Data Cloud, Tableau and Google Analytics; utilizing and troubleshooting APIs to collect web-based data; analyzing and interpreting information derived from data; managing full project management and development life cycle, including data processing flowcharting techniques; Fonteva/Salesforce platform administration; and working on grants.
