We're also committed to protecting the systems, networks, and data that make it all possible.We're looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to play a key role in safeguarding our digital environment and driving our cybersecurity program forward.What You'll DoIn this role, you will:Lead the cooperative's cybersecurity efforts by identifying risks, strengthening defenses, and ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.Conduct system and network assessments, address vulnerabilities, and implement secure configurations.Review proposed hardware, software, and network changes to ensure security is built into every solution.Develop, document, and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and protocols.Evaluate and implement security tools, staying ahead of emerging threats and technologies.Monitor security alerts and logs, investigate incidents, and serve as the primary point of contact for the Security Operations Center, including participation in a rotating on-call schedule.Help ensure compliance with PCI security standards.Work with vendors and third-party partners to reduce risks in external systems.Champion cybersecurity awareness by leading ongoing training and education for employees.What We're Looking ForWe need someone who brings both technical expertise and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
