We are currently seeking a Cyber Associate Underwriter to join our Cyber underwriting team. This role supports the evaluation, underwriting, and servicing of cyber insurance accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate with underwriters in the renewal and new business activities that support marketing and underwriting decisions that are consistent with business unit growth and retention goals.
- Maintain underwriting files and ensure data integrity within underwriting systems.
- Provide administrative support and other related services as needed
- Provide support within established performance standards and priorities.
- Prepare quotations, binders, endorsements, and policy documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Review submission materials for completeness and coordinate with brokers to obtain additional information as needed.
- Support broker and client relationships through timely, professional communication and service.
- Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, governance requirements, and regulatory standards.
Skills, Knowledge amp; Abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Bachelorโs degree preferred.
- 0โ3 years of experience in insurance operations, risk management, cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000, plus eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus. Actual compensation will be based on experience, education, and geographic location.
