Job description

As part of our Silicon Technologies group, you'll help design and manufacture our next-generation, high-performance, power-efficient processor, system-on-chip (SoC). You'll ensure Apple products and services can seamlessly and efficiently handle the tasks that make them beloved by millions. Joining this group means you'll be responsible for crafting and building the technology that fuels Apple's devices. Together, you and your team will enable our customers to do all the things they love with their devices. We have a critical impact on getting high quality functional products to millions of customers quickly, and we are hiring all levels from junior to senior roles! You will develop software to validate and debug crypto and security blocks in Apple SoCs.
Description
- Developing software to validate various crypto and security IP blocks in Apple SoCs
- Working with other teams to bring up and debug SoC's issues
- Coordinating cross-functionally to run tests.
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of a BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience in silicon validation software engineering or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong Interest in low level and embeded software development
Good understanding of RISC based computer architecture, memory management unit, coherent cache
Knowledge and skill in C/C++ programming, Experience with ARM assembly is a plus.
Experience with secure boot, trusted execution environment, data encryption
