About Our Family:
We are a warm, active family of four located in Richmond, VA. Our household is busy but full of love, with two children, aged 13 and 10, and a variety of pets that make our home unique. We share our home with two cats, a bunny, a hermit crab, and a horse (who lives offsite). Though we love spending time together, our days are usually a whirlwind of school events, activities, and everything else that comes with family life.
Our family thrives in a clean, organized, and calm environment where we can all unwind and connect after busy days. While we have regular help for deep cleaning, we are seeking someone who can take the reins with maintaining household organization, meal planning, and general day-to-day upkeep without needing constant direction.
Our home needs someone who understands the ebb and flow of family life and can handle a mix of routine tasks and special projects. We rely on dependable support to ensure that our home remains a haven for us to relax and recharge. We're looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and has a good sense of the day-to-day operations of a busy home. You'll help us keep our home running smoothly, providing essential support that allows us to focus on the people and activities that matter most.
If you enjoy a structured environment and love being behind the scenes to make family life run seamlessly, we'd love to meet you.

Punctual: Time management is important to you, and you respect the family's schedule.
Good Communicator: You are able to communicate clearly and professionally, especially with vendors and tradespeople.
Friendly & Warm: You enjoy being around kids and pets and bring a kind, approachable energy to the home.
Discreet: You understand the importance of maintaining a professional boundary while being part of a family's day-to-day life.
Flexible & Adaptable: You can adjust to the dynamic nature of family life and pitch in as needed with various household tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Breakdown boxes and assist with general household organization.
Meal Support:
