Home-Based ABA Technician (BT/RBT) - Bronx
Job Summary
ABA Dynamic is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in clients' homes in the Bronx area. As a Home-Based ABA Technician, you will work closely with families and a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-home ABA therapy following individualized treatment plans
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Support skill development in communication, social, and daily living
Collaborate with caregivers to reinforce strategies
Record accurate session notes and data
Maintain professionalism, safety, and ethical standards
Requirements
High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred
RBT certification or willingness to obtain
Experience with children or developmental needs preferred
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in home-based services
Bilingual skills are a plus and may be considered based on client needs
