Willow & Bloom Behavioral Health is actively seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative and compassionate team. • Individual and Family Therapy: Deliver therapeutic sessions to individuals, couples, and families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and grief.
• Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess client needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide accurate diagnostic evaluations in line with best practices.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize a wide range of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy to cater to the unique needs of each client.
• Collaboration and Coordination of Care: Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive, client-centered approach to care.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain timely and precise clinical documentation that adheres to state regulations and ethical standards, allowing for seamless communication within the clinic.
• Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate crisis support and interventions for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or mental health emergencies.
• Supervision and Mentorship (if applicable): Mentor and supervise interns and less experienced therapists, providing guidance and support to foster professional development.

You will engage with a diverse client population that reflects the rich cultural fabric of Athens, Georgia. Our clients range from adolescents facing familial and social challenges to adults dealing with mental health disorders and relationship difficulties. As a culturally competent therapist, you will be expected to honor and acknowledge the diverse backgrounds and experiences of all clients, delivering tailored therapeutic approaches that foster trust and understanding.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience providing therapy in an outpatient or similar setting.
• Proficiency in specific therapeutic areas such as trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, couples counseling, or family therapy.
• Competence in crisis intervention and management.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
