Key Responsibilities
  • Individual and Family Therapy: Deliver therapeutic sessions to individuals, couples, and families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and grief.
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess client needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide accurate diagnostic evaluations in line with best practices.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize a wide range of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy to cater to the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaboration and Coordination of Care: Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive, client-centered approach to care.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain timely and precise clinical documentation that adheres to state regulations and ethical standards, allowing for seamless communication within the clinic.
  • Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate crisis support and interventions for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or mental health emergencies.
  • Supervision and Mentorship (if applicable): Mentor and supervise interns and less experienced therapists, providing guidance and support to foster professional development.
Patient Population / Client Focus
