  • Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health practices, integrating new methodologies into therapy sessions as appropriate to improve client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Mind Bloom, you will primarily work with clients dealing with substance use challenges, mental health disorders, and co-occurring conditions. You will provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse client base, fostering a safe, non-judgmental environment that encourages clients to openly share their experiences and work towards recovery. We recognize the importance of building trust and rapport, and your compassionate approach will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a strong focus on individual and group therapy practices.
  • A robust understanding of mental health issues, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills paired with a collaborative mindset, enabling you to work efficiently in a virtual team environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working with clients in a detox or rehabilitation setting.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
  • Proficiency in developing and facilitating group therapy sessions.
  • Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to provide inclusive care to all clients.
