This role operates in a fully remote setting as part of a detox center team, making it possible for you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a structured and supportive work atmosphere. You will utilize advanced telehealth technologies to conduct assessments and provide therapy, ensuring clients receive the highest quality of care no matter where they are. • Conduct thorough virtual assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, including their history, current struggles, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and aspirations, focusing on evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to engage clients effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of services.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, while also contributing to quality assurance initiatives.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health practices, integrating new methodologies into therapy sessions as appropriate to improve client outcomes.

As an LCSW at Mind Bloom, you will primarily work with clients dealing with substance use challenges, mental health disorders, and co-occurring conditions. You will provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse client base, fostering a safe, non-judgmental environment that encourages clients to openly share their experiences and work towards recovery. • A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of California.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
• A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a strong focus on individual and group therapy practices.
• A robust understanding of mental health issues, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills paired with a collaborative mindset, enabling you to work efficiently in a virtual team environment.

• Previous experience working with clients in a detox or rehabilitation setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Annual salary range of $78,000 to $115,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
