LOCATIONS: RALEIGH, DURHAM, CARY AND SURROUNDING AREAS

Home Care Agency is looking for thevery bestcaring, compassionateRNsto become part of our team. We are looking to hire highly qualified,dependableand experiencedRNstoadministerIV InfusionTherapies to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be proficientwithIVstart skills
  • Haveknowledge about standard protocols for specific medications, and policies and procedures that apply to administering IV therapy.
  • Determineappropriate venipuncturesite,starts,administersandmonitorsIV infusions according to agencys policies and procedures.
  • Accurately and in an organized manner, document all nursing care and interventions in EHR and/orappropriate writtenforms.
  • Report any adverse reactions to Director of Nursing and follow through on any ordered interventions.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1yr current experience in administering IV Infusions
  • IVIG/SCIG experience preferred
  • Current NC RN License
  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
  • Current BLS/CPRCertification
  • Proof of current TB Test
  • Valid NC Drivers License and current insurance
  • Must be able to function independently
  • Prior home care experience preferred but notrequired
  • Ability to communicate effectively oral and written
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Reliable Transportation


Physical Demands:

  • Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hour
