We are dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients, and we are looking for a talented Game Designer to join our team. As a Game Designer at Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL, you will be responsible for creating and developing engaging and immersive gaming experiences. You will work closely with our development team to design and implement game mechanics, levels, and features that align with our company's vision and goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming, excellent design skills, and a strong understanding of the gaming industry. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the development team to design and implement game mechanics, levels, and features
  • Create and maintain design documents, including game design documents, level designs, and feature specifications
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor games to ensure our games are innovative and engaging
  • Develop and balance game systems, including progression, difficulty, and rewards
  • Work with artists and programmers to ensure game assets and features are implemented correctly
  • Continuously iterate and improve game designs based on feedback and data analysis
