Job Description: Registered Nurse (ICU)
 
Position Details:
  • Profession: Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
  • Location: Madison, WI , 53715 .
  • Start Date: June 30, 2025
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift Type: Days
  • Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
  • Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend, including holiday rotation if scheduled
  • On-Call Requirements: None
  •  Pay Rate: Local ko $57/hour = Gross weekly $2052 and Travelers ko $25/hour on W2 and $1400/36 hours (Per Diem)= Gross weekly $2300
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute professional nursing knowledge and skills to patient care management.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team using the nursing process.
  • Work within EPIC EMR system to document patient care.
  • Provide critical care support for ICU patients.
Submission & Certification Requirements:
  • 2 years of ICU experience - Required
  • Ability to float across Stepdown, Med-Surg (MS), and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - Required
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (AHA or ARC) - Required
  • Travel experience encouraged
