Job description

Join our Central Illinois team! Earn $120k+ with a flexible schedule in a family-friendly community.

Salary

$120k base + 22% production for a 4‑day (32‑hour) week. Part‑time packages are available!

Ideal Candidate

Licensed in IL, ideally with 3+ years of experience in small animal clinics (we're flexible and willing to consider candidates with less experience). Team player ready to lay down roots.

Location

Central Illinois – an amazing place to call home! Great for families with its low cost of living, excellent schools, top‑notch hospitals, and the charm of all four beautiful seasons.

Schedule

The clinic is open Mon‑Thurs 7 am‑6 pm, Fri 7 am‑5 pm. No weekends, no on‑call. Customize your perfect schedule!

Flexibility

NO CONTRACT! Freedom to do relief work or work at our local emergency clinic.
