Job description

Occupational Therapist

Location for this position is at the CODY, WY, Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC).

The Occupational Therapist (OT) carries primary responsibility for providing in-home rehabilitation therapy assessments, home assessments, treatment planning & administration, & management of rehabilitation in the home for patients in the HBPC Program at the Sheridan VHCS. Due to the frontier nature of the service area & level of staffing, the HBPC OT works in the community requiring travel.
