Visit volume is designed to support thorough, high-quality care, and you will coordinate closely with the rest of the care team to ensure patients receive comprehensive, integrated services. You will travel between homes within a defined geographic territory around Roseburg, allowing you to become familiar with the community while minimizing extensive driving. Electronic medical record systems and mobile documentation tools support efficient charting and communication with your team.
